How do I know Berry's shop is legit?

Do you have a physical shop?
Sorry, but we don't. We operate by sourcing our products from wholesalers and retailers who deal in the items. We also have our own inventory of goods but we do not have any physical shop for now.
How do you process delivery?
We have a host of means through which we get your orders from here to your doorstep; Smex, EMS speedpost, and occasionally, Jumia. Anything to get your goods delivered on time. For more info, check our terms of use.

What do I do when there is problem with my item?
Contact us immediately and tell us your problem. Returns and refunds are only available for orders in Lagos for now. Note however that some products cannot be returned or refunded at all - such as bespoke shoes. Please bear with us. You can also check our terms of use.
Do you take payment on delivery?
Yes we do but only for orders within lagos... for now :)
