Once your order is placed, the invoice will immediately be sent to the email provided. Your order is confirmed. Once payment is made, another invoice showing your order and payment confirmation is sent to you. This means your order is officially on its way! Your order will not be delivered without receiving the second invoice. If payment was made but the second invoice was not sent after 24 hrs, contact us immediately and we will rectify it.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- within lagos -
We have free delivery for orders within lagos. Once payment is made and the second invoice sent, your order will be with you at your doorstep between 48 hrs or 2 - 5 days for bespoke orders.
- outside lagos -
You can expect your items between 2 - 4 days or 3 - 7 for bespoke orders. Delivery fee applies. This information is provided on your checkout page.
RETURNS
ONLY AVAILABLE IN LAGOS AND MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 24 HRS FOR THE LISTED CONDITIONS. REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR DAMAGED GOODS.
- completely wrong item -
You will need to present the invoice of your item to the delivery personnel, or sent to our email along with pictures for verification and replacement as soon as possible.
- damaged goods -
Extent of damage determines the action we will take. Send the pictures of your product immediately they are received along with the invoice of sale to our mail and tell us whether you want a replacement or refund.
- wrong size or color -
You will need to present the invoice of your item to the delivery personnel or sent to our email along with pictures for verification and replacement as soon as possible (Fees apply). To avoid this problem, please verify your size and choice before ordering.
